What the website offers, and what it does not

The website is informational. It presents the trips our team runs in southern Morocco (routes, durations, inclusions, indicative prices) and lets you contact us through a form, by email or by WhatsApp.

There is no online booking and no online payment. Sending a form or a message is a non-binding request for information or for a quote: it is not a booking, it does not reserve anything and it commits neither you nor us. No contract is concluded through the website. A trip is only agreed when we send you a written offer (price, dates, services included and conditions) and you accept it in writing; the written conditions of that offer then apply to the trip, in addition to your rights as a consumer.

Trip information and prices

We take care to keep every page accurate and up to date, but the content is provided for information and may contain errors or become outdated. Prices shown as "from" are indicative starting prices in euros, with the basis stated next to them (for example per person). The final price depends on the dates, the group, the season and the options, and is confirmed to you in writing in the offer; it is the only price that binds us. A route can change on the day for weather, road, safety or local reasons. Photos illustrate the places and the kind of trip and are not a commitment on what you will see on a given day.

Using the website fairly

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• send false information, or information about someone else without their agreement;

• use the forms to send advertising, spam or unsolicited messages;

• try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the website or its forms, including with automated requests;

• copy, scrape or reuse the website or its content in bulk, or frame it in another site;

• use the website in a way that is illegal or harms other visitors or us.
